SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with BuyBurst! We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Standard delivery across India takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during sale periods.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently ship to all states and union territories across India including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and all Northeastern states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at carebuyburst@gmail.com. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner's website.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at carebuyburst@gmail.com or call us at +91 7643938151. We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and resolve it as quickly as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at carebuyburst@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. BuyBurst is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at carebuyburst@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
